In our creative process, we first try to "put ourselves in the client's shoes", than we attempt to identify with the intended target audience, and in the final synthesis we combine this knowledge with our skills and experience to produce the most powerful and effective tools for visual communication.
FINANCIAL ISSUES
We also believe in absolute transparency and integrity when it comes to financial issues. Prior to every job we will provide a written cost estimate which we will honor unless there is a significant change in the assignment. Our clients will only be charged for time actually spent on their project. In addition, we will suggest the manner in which a limited budget would be invested most effectively.
ATTITUDE
Above all, we absolutely love doing this work. One of our close associates once said: "You'd be doing it, even if you weren't getting paid for it." That we probably wouldn't, at least not too long. |
